We believe in precision recruitment and the delivery of the most targeted short list possible. To do this we take time to meet our clients face-to-face to understand your business and your specific requirements.
On meeting our clients we run an open, proactive and challenging session to ensure that the job description is right first time and both of us understand exactly what type of candidate you are looking for.

We explain the candidate sourcing processes that are relevant to the situation and set clear time lines that work for you in regards to short list delivery and interview process.
All candidates that are on the short list will have been met and, where possible, referenced to ensure both an interpersonal and technical ability-match. If needed they will have signed a confidentiality agreement and, where necessary, provided proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
After any assignment we have run whether successful or not we work through an appraisal process with you the client to understand your perception of our strengths and weaknesses. This enables us to refine our methodologies and add increased value to future assignments.
